Hello and thank you for dropping by! My practice is based on bridging the gap between the high‑pressure demands of a modern, urban lifestyle and the ancient, restorative wisdom of energy‑based healing practices.
Having spent years working within a corporate environment, I understand firsthand how chronic stress quietly accumulates in the body—often long before we recognize its impact. My own journey through corporate burnout and breast cancer became a profound turning point, teaching me that true healing goes far beyond conventional fitness or healthcare models. Sustainable well‑being arises from an intentional relationship between the mind, body, and spirit.
My work is grounded in helping people reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence—the ability to self‑regulate, restore balance, and return to a state of ease when given the right conditions. Through gentle, consistent practices, I guide clients to recognize stress signals and apply supportive tools to help ease tension.
My foundation in yoga and meditation began with my 200‑hour yoga teacher training in 2015 in David Magone’s PranaVayu practice, which weaves breathwork, meditation, and intuitive vinyasa flow. I have a strong focus on Yin Yoga from studying with Sagel Urlacher integrating Buddhist and Taoist philosophy.
I incorporate lymphatic manual massage with my practice after my journey with breast cancer and training in Lymph Flow Yoga™ with Barbara Jackson (2025). This work reinforced the importance of stillness, safety, and compassion and understanding how self-care through lymphatic massage can ignite body awareness, reduce stress and inflammation caused by lymphedema —especially when the body has experienced trauma or prolonged stress. I create spaces where the nervous system can soften, allowing new, healthier patterns to emerge in a way that feels supportive and accessible no matter what stage of practice.
I combine movement with the healing vibrations of sound healing techniques I have adapted from my training with master sound healer, Vickie Gould. Incorporating various sound healing tools in art and yoga studios to community spaces. I have been a practicing community herbalist since 2018 upon completing my 3yr training with Commonwealth Herbs from 2015–2018.
My academic background in neuroscience complements my practice and deep understanding how stress, breathwork, movement and regulation function in the brain. The result is a grounded, compassionate approach that honors both science and subtle energy.
My intention is to empower you with non-invasive, time‑tested practices you can return to again and again without pharmaceutical side effects or addictive patterns leading to further stress and dysregulation.
